• UX&I: Create a tool combining, interpreting and displaying results coming from various internal and external datasources & APIs to track company utilization, project status, back office data and more. (MERN Stack, React, Node, Express, MongoDB, ...)

• Prioritized initiatives and interfaced with stakeholders across 5+ teams with over 70 engineers, testers, and PMs.

• Established and led the company's first UX/UI team. Hired and grew the team from 0 to 5+ members.

• Implemented UX/UI standards / processes to improve quality and increase awareness, resulting in doubled budget.

Part-Time Product Manager & Agile Coach

• PM & Agile Coach while I set up the UX team. Defined / established global, agile processes / flight levels.

• Constantly aligned 5+ development teams around our company strategy & processes to foster common understanding.

• Prepared and led over 30 workshops on Scoping, Roadmapping, and Agile methods to product managers / customers.

Engineering Management / Team Lead & Agile Coach

• Established, coached and led the Data Products Platform cross-functional, full stack team to deliver 500+ production merge requests.

• Hired and grew the team from 5 to 15 members.

• Established the team to become the most psychological safe & efficient one within the company.

• (Established surveys to measure company wide psychological safety and KPIs to measure cycle times)

• Reviewed and merged over 650 production merge requests.

• Contributed over 200 Merge Requests to our production code base. (Data Analysis, Visualizations, Platform Core)

• Closely worked together with the in-house data-science teams to build solutions for more than 20 different clients.

• Worked out & established technical cornerstones for the ONE DATA platform. (e.g. introduced Micro-Frontend Architecture, VueJS to replace AngularJS, user management, various other frameworks & processes)

• Clients included Payback, thyssenkrupp, Markant, BASF and more.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER / FREELANCER

Inatronic (< 10 Employees)

• Established the technical and design foundation for a professional driver assistance system as the startup's first software engineer.

• Designed and developed the native driver assistance application on Android and iOS with nowadays over 500k downloads and average rating of 4/5 in its different variants.

• Designed and implemented applications on Android, iOS, and the web to create a community around heavy-rock enthusiasts and concert ticketing inc. invoicing and accounting. Both are live and in use. (MERN Stack)

• E.g. SRWW + Blackdoor Music Fest 3000+ downloads & around 1000 monthly active users, average rating of 4.7.

• Over 50k lines of code written for this private project by myself. Mostly in React, React Native and node.js.

• Holistic Experience. Faced "From garage to production" challenges to overcome when releasing products from scratch.
